An accomplished strategist with extensive experience in banking, government financial intelligence, financial operations, and youth rehabilitation, Keith has worked across multiple sectors, from law enforcement to high-level finance.
Government & Intelligence Experience
Recruited by the U.S. Department of Justice in August 2001, where he worked till 2006 and later Keith opened and operated banks in the Middle East and Mexico, Germany, France, Belgium, and Denmark, to promote legitimate banking and combat human traficking and illiget financing.
Financial & Investment Leadership
Keith served as the CEO of JWB-Jersey Investments in Washington, DC, working alongside the Roosevelt family and managing high-net-worth clients such as Mignon Smith. His expertise in financial intelligence and global markets positioned him as a key figure in high-stakes investment strategies and international banking operations.
Youth Rehabilitation & Criminal Justice Initiatives
In 2001, Keith approached by the Victorian Department of Justice to establish a youth camp for young offenders. Successfully securing corporate and government backing, he developed and ran innovative youth crime intervention programs inside the prison system, earning the support of prison governors and the Department of Corrections. Today, Keith continues to explore opportunities in youth detention facilities across Australia and New Zealand, aiming to implement effective rehabilitation programs.
International Humanitarian Efforts
From 2011 to 2019, Keith has worked in the Middle East with various government agencies, tracking legitimate financing, crime financing and human trafficking networks. More recently, he has engaged with U.S. and Mexican government for refugee immigration solutions, while also considering initiatives in Africa, India, and the Middle East.
